1. Who We Are
AldinApp is a software platform owned and operated by Aldin Technology Corp, a company registered in the State of Florida, United States.
AldinApp helps business users connect and manage third-party marketplaces, suppliers, products, inventory, orders, fulfillment, tracking, automation, and related e-commerce operations from a centralized platform.
In this Privacy Policy, "AldinApp," "Aldin Technology Corp," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Aldin Technology Corp and the AldinApp service.
2. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you access or use AldinApp, create an account, connect a marketplace or supplier, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our services.
Third-party marketplaces, suppliers, payment providers, authentication providers, and other services connected to AldinApp maintain their own privacy policies and practices.
3. Information We Collect
Account and profile information
We may collect information such as your name, email address, company information, country, region, language, timezone, phone number, website, business address, and account preferences.
Connected marketplace information
When you authorize a marketplace account, AldinApp may receive account identifiers, store identifiers, seller information, product and listing information, inventory, orders, fulfillment information, refunds, shipment and tracking information, and other data permitted by the authorization scopes you approve.
AldinApp uses authorization tokens provided through supported authorization mechanisms such as OAuth. We do not require you to give AldinApp your marketplace account password.
Supplier information
When you connect a supplier, we may process supplier account identifiers, authorization credentials or tokens, catalog information, product identifiers, SKUs, variants, prices, warehouse information, inventory, fulfillment information, and shipment information.
Order and end-customer information
To provide order synchronization and fulfillment services, AldinApp may process information concerning customers of our business users. Depending on the marketplace and transaction, this may include order IDs, products ordered, recipient names, shipping addresses, shipment information, tracking information, refund information, and other information made available through the connected service.
We process this information to provide the requested e-commerce functionality and not for independent advertising to those customers.
Billing and transaction information
When paid AldinApp features are enabled, our payment processor may collect payment method and billing information. AldinApp may receive payment status, customer identifiers, billing records, subscription information, and information necessary to calculate subscription or usage-based charges.
AldinApp is not designed to store complete payment card numbers directly on its own application servers.
Technical and usage information
We may collect IP address, browser type, device information, session information, timestamps, authentication events, application activity, error information, security logs, feature usage, and similar technical information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve AldinApp.
Communications
If you contact Aldin Technology Corp, we may retain the information you provide and our communications with you for support, security, legal, and operational purposes.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Create, authenticate, and manage accounts.
- Connect authorized marketplaces and supplier accounts.
- Synchronize products, listings, prices, inventory, orders, fulfillment, and tracking.
- Provide automation selected or configured by the user.
- Process subscriptions and calculate applicable usage-based service charges.
- Detect duplicate transactions, cancellations, refunds, abuse, fraud, and security threats.
- Diagnose errors and improve performance, reliability, and functionality.
- Provide customer support and service communications.
- Comply with law, contractual obligations, and requirements imposed by connected platforms.
- Protect AldinApp, Aldin Technology Corp, our users, and third parties.
5. Automated Supplier Recommendations
AldinApp may analyze supplier-related data to help identify, rank, or recommend suppliers or fulfillment options. Signals may include available inventory, fulfillment history, shipment performance, cancellation rates, tracking information, reliability indicators, marketplace or supplier data, and other operational information available to AldinApp.
These automated recommendations are intended to assist business users with operational decisions. They do not guarantee supplier performance, inventory availability, product quality, delivery dates, or successful fulfillment.
6. How We Share Information
We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:
- Connected services. With marketplaces, suppliers, logistics providers, and other integrations you authorize or use.
- Service providers. With companies that provide hosting, authentication, database, security, communications, monitoring, analytics, or payment processing services to AldinApp.
- Professional advisers. With attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors, and other professional advisers when reasonably necessary.
- Legal and safety purposes. When reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, regulatory requests, enforce agreements, investigate fraud or security incidents, or protect rights and safety.
- Business transactions. In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
AldinApp is not designed to sell personal information to data brokers or advertisers.
7. Third-Party Services
AldinApp may integrate with third-party services such as Amazon, eBay, CJdropshipping, authentication providers, payment processors, and other marketplaces, suppliers, or technology platforms.
When you connect a third-party service, your information may also be processed according to that third party's terms and privacy policy. AldinApp only requests access that is intended to support features offered through the integration.
You can revoke supported integrations by disconnecting the account within AldinApp or, where applicable, through the third-party service.
8. Authentication and Integration Tokens
AldinApp may store authorization tokens needed to maintain connections with marketplaces and suppliers. Supported integration tokens stored by the application are protected using technical security measures, including encryption.
Access to authorization information is limited to the systems and personnel that reasonably require it to operate, secure, or support the service.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide AldinApp, maintain your account, comply with legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and maintain security.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and requirements imposed by applicable law or connected platforms.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it, subject to legal, accounting, security, backup, and platform-specific retention requirements.
10. Security
Aldin Technology Corp uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through AldinApp.
These measures may include encrypted authorization tokens, authenticated sessions, access controls, secure communications, monitoring, and restrictions on access to production information.
No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their own account credentials and devices.
11. Cookies and Similar Technologies
AldinApp may use cookies or similar browser technologies that are necessary for authentication, session management, security, preferences, and service functionality.
If we introduce additional analytics, advertising, or optional tracking technologies, we will provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which may include the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain information, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a privacy request. Certain information may be retained when permitted or required by law.

13. International Data Processing
AldinApp may process information in the United States and in other countries where our service providers or connected platforms operate.
Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate mechanisms intended to protect personal information transferred across borders.
14. Business Users and End-Customer Data
AldinApp is primarily a business-to-business software service. Sellers and other business users remain responsible for their own relationship with their customers and for providing any privacy notices or obtaining any permissions required for their own processing activities.
When AldinApp processes end-customer information obtained through a connected marketplace or a business user, we process that information for purposes related to providing AldinApp functionality, complying with applicable platform requirements, security, and legal obligations.
15. Children's Privacy
AldinApp is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through AldinApp.
AldinApp accounts are intended for individuals legally capable of entering into the applicable service agreement.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as AldinApp evolves, new integrations are introduced, or legal requirements change.
When we make material changes, we may provide notice through AldinApp, by email, or through another appropriate method. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
